Your responsibilities will include managing Hub Spot data integrity and coordinating RFP responses. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely completion of proposals and improving sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage data quality in Hub Spot or Q360
• Coordinate and respond to RFPs effectively
• Prepare proposals and ensure accuracy in templates
• Track and resolve internal dependencies for proposals
• Generate weekly sales pipeline reports
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of sales support experience
• Proficient with Hub Spot CRM
• Advanced skills in Office 360 for document creation
• Knowledge of RFP processes
