Drive the success of Draganfly's sales team as a specialized Sales Enablement Specialist focused on UAV products. This role emphasizes effective training, documentation, and proposal support to streamline sales efforts.
Become a vital part of our sales organization, enhancing the structure and efficiency of our processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating RFP responses and maintaining centralized resources while supporting public safety and defense sales. Ideal candidates will thrive on empowering teams through diligent execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and create compliance-driven sales documentation
• Maintain and upgrade internal sales playbooks regularly
• Assist in complex deal structuring and proposals
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new sales members
• Track and enhance the effectiveness of sales enablement programs
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales operations
• In-depth knowledge of Hub Spot or equivalent CRM
• Familiarity with B2G sales environments and proposal processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Desired certifications related to sales enablement or operations
