Salary Range:
Commission - OTE $60,/yearly
About Future Opportunities
While we are not actively filling a Sales Consultant position at this moment, Roy Foss Motors is always looking to connect with top-tier talent for our future growth. We encourage experienced professionals to submit their interest so we can reach out when a formal vacancy arises. T his role manages the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and test drives to negotiations, closing deals, and coordinating with finance and service teams for smooth delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Greet and assist customers, identify their vehicle needs, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals in alignment with dealership targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, including of competitor brands
- Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and solicit referrals.
- Work with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and complete all sales documentation in accordance with dealership and regulatory standards.
- Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
- All other duties as deemed necessary by Sales Manager / General Manager
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 Years in a sales background.

Maintain a high level of accuracy, especially in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using technology; experience with 1-80 software is an asset. - Qualifications:
Valid OMVIC certification, driver’s license, and clean driving record required - Previous GM experience nice to have, but not required
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
