As Canada’s biggest Home Furnishings Retailer, The Brick is looking to expand its sales force in franchise locations. This role requires a strong passion for helping customers and a focus on achieving personal and team goals. You'll be well-supported in a fast-paced environment as you leverage your communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with purchases using relationship selling techniques
• Collaborate with fellow team members to reach objectives
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Brick products and services
• Build rapport with customers quickly and effectively
• Excel in a commission-based sales model
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Age 18 or older
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Effective multitasking and organizational skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
