The ideal candidates are outgoing, motivated, and detail‑oriented individuals, holding a current BC Real Estate License and are committed to providing exceptional service. Must have demonstrated success with multi‑family pre‑sales programs and be a resourceful and creative professional who is committed to quality and integrity.

Hourly + Commission Pay

Responsibilities

Serve as front‑line representative, focusing on an exceptional guest experience.

Engage with prospective purchasers and realtors, executing all sales tasks.

Work in team environment to exceed sales targets and build industry relationships.

Act as brand ambassador for Breakside Real Estate Group and represented developments.

Daily Duties and Tasks

Develop authentic relationships with purchasers, realtors, and community.

Provide elevated introduction to sales program for all guests.

Communicate developer's core values for exceptional homes.

Follow‑up with sales inquiries (calls, texts, emails, etc.).

Maintain knowledge of surrounding communities and competitive programs.

Identify buyer needs and guide them through the process.

Answer questions related to contracts and disclosure statements.

Keep database updated with registrant activity.

Provide weekly sales and traffic reports.

Assist with daily opening set up and closing as needed.

Manage MLS listings, CRM and contracts using (Avesdo, Spark and/or PDFs systems).

Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of two (2) years of real estate sales experience in multi‑family pre‑sales, working understanding of the Real Estate Development Marketing Act (REDMA), valid, current drivers’ license with access to a motor vehicle and the ability to commute daily to designated locations in the Lower Mainland.
