In this role, you will operate the Hilti Center and strategically drive sales to both walk-in customers and field accounts. This includes creating innovative merchandising strategies and ensuring high fill rates for customer orders. Engaging with customers effectively, while managing inventory efficiently, will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales initiatives for the full Hilti product line
• Analyze and manage shipping documents for accurate inventory
• Efficiently expedite backorders to meet customer needs
• Conduct regular audits for inventory accuracy
• Ensure a tidy and organized workspace at all times
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Experience with consultative sales techniques
• Excellent decision-making abilities in a retail context
• Capacity to grow and maintain customer relationships
• Understanding of MS Office applications for business analysis
