Your everyday life with us

Your mission is to ensure absolute fluidity in the sales cycle. Your responsibilities include:

  • Workflow Master:
    Accurately create, review and finalize quotes and orders in SAP.
  • CRM Strategist:
    Manage and propel sales opportunities through our C4C system.
  • Consulting Expert:
    Provide key information on pricing, lead times and provide basic technical support on our product range.
  • Compliance Guardian:
    Validate purchase orders, manage customer account opening and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Partner of success:
    Proactively follow‑up with customers and support our field representatives to close sales.
  • Administrative rigor:
    Ensure impeccable classification of documentation for perfect traceability.
Searched profile

You are an organized person with a strong sense of customer service and a natural ease with management systems.

Training

College degree in administration, logistics or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

3 to 5 years of solid experience in customer service (industrial environment, a major asset).

Technical asset

Knowledge of mechanics or power transmission will be considered an important asset.

Tools

Master of the Google suite and ideally experience with SAP.

Skills

Ability to juggle multiple priorities, attention to detail and team spirit.
