Take the lead as a Strategic Sales Manager with EECOL. This role hinges on crafting effective sales strategies and leading a team to achieve a dynamic $50 million revenue target. Key Responsibilities- Develop and administer sales plans for revenue growth

- Direct account service and manage order processes

- Train and orient sales staff for peak performance
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years related sales experience
- 1+ year sales management experience
- Solid leadership and teamwork capabilities
