Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across its Alberta and British Columbia divisions. This role combines strong initiative with client-focused sales strategies.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will build and maintain strategic client relationships while securing new business opportunities. You will manage incoming client requests, collaborate effectively with operations, and utilize CRM tools for tracking efforts. Continuous engagement with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups is essential for promoting value-added services and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote services to corporate and commercial clients
• Build and manage strong relationships with prospective clients
• Track and analyze business development efforts using CRM tools
• Assist in preparing accurate proposals and RFPs
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
• High school diploma, university or college preferred
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in business development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and self-motivation
• Strong attention to detail in every task
