The Canadian Major Account team is working together to help our clients achieve their sustainability, safety and efficiency goals. We are working closely with Canada’s largest employers to make a positive impact on their operations.

In this role, you will
  • Own customer engagements end‑to‑end, from prospecting, qualification and trial to close
  • Leverage Samsara’s award‑winning Business Value, Customer Success Management and Leadership teams to effectively close large complex opportunities
  • Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, as well as receive leads from our account development team
  • Target Eastern Canada’s largest operational customers
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role
  • 5+ years experience in a senior SaaS sales role
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over‑achievement
  • Experience handling and owning large complex deals
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high‑growth tech environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High comfort closing transactions of up to $1M+ ACV in size
  • Experience with building out a new territory and acquiring new high‑value target accounts

  • Ability to quarterback a large geographically dispersed team
Annual OTE Salary

$396,000—$396,000 CAD
