Retail Sales Advisor

We are actively recruiting experienced Sales Representatives – no previous banking experience required!

• Onboard customers who have purchased a mortgage through our indirect mortgage salesforce.
• Deepen customer relationships through the sale of banking solutions.

• As a Client Solutions Advisor, you are results focused, driven, have strong sales acumen, and enjoy meeting new people.
• You are willing to work variable hours including weekends and evenings and are available to meet customers in person or virtually at times convenient for them.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships both internally and externally.
• You possess and maintain a driver’s license and have access to personal transportation during working hours.

• You have proven experience excelling in a sales environment (across any industry).
• You enjoy the challenge of exceeding targets.
• You have effective time management, strong organizational skills, and are self-driven.
• You are a relationship builder focused on providing a great customer experience and deepening relationships with both new and existing customers.
