Position: Full-Time Product Advisor at MINI
Join Open Road as a Full-Time Product Advisor at MINI Langley. Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting clients in finding the perfect vehicle and promoting new business opportunities.

As a Product Advisor, you'll be part of a progressive sales team that values continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in selling new and pre-owned vehicles while building relationships through effective communication and understanding client needs. Your expertise in vehicle specifications and industry terminology will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to identify vehicle needs

• Promote new business through prospecting and referrals

• Sell and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and training

• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features to customers

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid British Columbia Driver's License and good driving record

• Current VSA MDC License

• Effective negotiation and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and computerized record maintenance
