Service Technician is responsible for servicing and adjusting Cascadia’s high-performance windows and doors throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. This is a hybrid position that requires flexibility to work both in the shop and alongside the service team.

General List of Responsibilities
Adjust window and door hardware on-site.
Replace damaged or defective insulated glass units.
Repair and touch-up paint on window and door frames
Document repair and service work
Provide Cascadia’s technical team with feedback from installers and contractors.
Travel to project sites, as required.
General labour, as required.
Qualifications
Construction experience and knowledge of installation practices for windows & doors.
3 years of window and door installation/glazier experience.
Knowledge of European Tilt & Turn hardware is an asset.
Valid Driver’s License
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to deal with clients, homeowners, and contractors.
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
Honest, reliable, professional, and a problem solver.
Positive attitude and the ability to take direction.
Self-motivated and pride in workmanship.
