This role needs a proactive leader with no less than 3 years in landscaping or construction. Responsibilities include precision grading, installation of water features, and daily safety practices. Building rapport with customers and team members is essential for fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site activities and team performance

• Operate various heavy machinery safely

• Ensure adherence to safety inspections

• Install landscapes according to industry standards

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience

• Previous leadership experience highly valued

• Strong ability to motivate and communicate

• Physical endurance for outdoor tasks

• Conducting trades education or working toward Red Seal certification
