Position: NDT Lev 2+ Technician
Position Summary   Acuren  is currently seeking an  NDT Level 2+ Technician  to support projects in the  Pacific Region , specifically  Langley, BC .

March 2026
Position will be up to 30-40 hrs./week
Rate will be up to $39.56 to 57.36/hr. depending on certifications
Responsibilities     Perform Non-Destructive Testing  – Conduct inspections using methods such as ultrasonic (UT), radiographic (RT), magnetic particle (MT), liquid penetrant (PT), or eddy current (ET) according to established procedures and standards.

Interpret and Evaluate Results  – Analyze test data and results, identify discontinuities or defects, and determine if they meet applicable codes, standards, or client specifications.

Prepare Reports and Documentation  – Accurately document inspection results, maintain records, and generate reports for review by Level 3 technicians or engineering personnel.

Maintain Equipment and Ensure Compliance  – Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot NDT equipment, and ensure all testing is performed safely and in accordance with industry codes and regulatory standards.

Requirements   Certification Requirements:
CGSB Level 2 Certifications required:  CGSB Ultrasonic Testing UT2 Certification
Magnetic Particle Testing MT2 CGSB Certification
Liquid Penetrant Testing PT2 CGSB Certification

IRATA training or willingness to obtain is an asset
Other Requirements:
Reside locally to Langley, BC or willing to relocate.
Strong work ethics
Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
Exceptional safety and quality awareness
Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
Be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally (English).
Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
Possess a valid driver’s license minimum (Class
5) with a clean driving record.
