Become a Heavy Duty Mechanic, specializing in EV and Hybrid bus repairs with a focus on customer engagement. You'll diagnose, repair and guide clients to improve vehicle performance.
In this role, you'll provide critical support to local fleets and develop training materials that impact daily operations. Your expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems will shine as you work closely with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and repairs
• Develop technical training programs and procedures
• Communicate effectively with engineering for product improvements
• Track and report daily service activities
• Travel to assist clients in field repairs
Requirements:
• Proficient in diagnosing heavy-duty vehicle issues
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Class 5 License with air brake endorsement required
• Experience in creating training materials and technical writing
• Willingness to travel for client support
