Directly reporting to the Crew Foreman, you will control traffic flow, maintaining safety at multiple locations.

Your role involves following site-specific plans and communicating effectively with crew members to minimize disruption. You'll face various weather conditions, bringing your skill set to diverse work environments throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic around active work sites

• Execute traffic control plans accurately

• Collaborate and communicate with the team

• Assist pedestrians and motorists appropriately

• Adapt to changing weather and site conditions

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

• TCP certification with flagging experience

• Strong teamwork and positive attitude

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

• Must be at least 18 years old
