Responsibilities include inspecting roofs, troubleshooting leaks, and completing maintenance on various roofing systems like SBS, PVC, and TPO. You will also need to document service details clearly and communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to commercial roofing service calls across Lower Mainland

• Investigate roof conditions and locate problem areas

• Complete repairs on multiple roofing systems

• Document work findings and communicate with clients

• Manage job sites safely and independently

Requirements:

• Strong experience in commercial roofing

• Familiarity with flat roofing systems and various materials

• Ability to diagnose leaks and roof failures

• Valid BC driver's license with reliable transportation

• Professional attitude with a commitment to safety
