Industrial Millwright

Position: Industrial Millwright Needed
Join Globe 24-7 as a dedicated Maintenance Millwright, ensuring efficient operations at a mining production plant in Langley, BC. This permanent role prioritizes safety and equipment reliability.

You will be responsible for various maintenance tasks including the inspection and repair of industrial machinery. Your work will take place Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, directly contributing to the reduction of unplanned downtime. The focus on reliable operations will leverage your technical skills to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute inspections and repairs on mechanical equipment

• Estimate maintenance needs and complete corrective actions

• Fabricate replacement parts and modify equipment as needed

• Conduct safety inspections and maintain records

• Support emergency repairs and shutdowns when necessary

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright Certification required

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Proficient in blueprint interpretation and technical drawings

• Capability to work in physically demanding environments

• Commitment to safety practices and protocols
