No degree, certificate or diploma - Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years Tasks - Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development
- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
