Join BMS Transport Ltd. in Langley, BC as a Truck Mechanic focused on high-quality vehicle maintenance. This full-time position requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience with commercial transport vehicles.
As a Truck Mechanic, you’ll adjust, repair, and replace critical components in transport truck and trailer systems. This role involves testing repairs to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. Your expertise will also be key in estimating parts and labor costs for vehicle repairs while performing scheduled maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust and repair components of commercial transport trucks
• Handle repairs for truck-trailer systems effectively
• Test and adjust systems to meet manufacturer specifications
• Estimate parts and labor costs for maintenance
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on vehicles
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2-3 years of relevant mechanical experience
• Own steel-toed safety boots
• Must work on-site in Langley, BC
• Flexible and reliable in your work approach
