Position: Full-Time Tower Crane Operator

PDQ CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a qualified Tower Crane Operator for permanent, full-time work. This position involves operating tower cranes and conducting pre-operation inspections for safety. Successful candidates will also carry out routine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes to accurately transport and position materials

• Conduct pre-operation inspections and check load capacities

• Ensure safe rigging and hoisting procedures are followed

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication

• Maintain safety standards and protocols at all times

Requirements:

• No formal education required; secondary school completion is an asset

• Completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred

• Trade certification for tower crane operators required

• Red Seal endorsement available after interprovincial examination

• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
