Lead farm operations in Aldergrove, BC as a Farm Supervisor. Supervise farm workers and enhance productivity in this full-time, permanent position focused on quality control.

In this role, you'll develop specific plans to prioritize daily tasks and ensure the safety of the workforce by adhering to bio-security standards. You will coordinate general farm workers and harvesting laborers, maintain quality records, and recommend practices that improve farm productivity. Your expertise in various plant types will be crucial to successfully oversee growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create task prioritization plans for daily farm activities

• Supervise hiring and training of farm staff

• Ensure bio-security and safety procedures are followed strictly

• Record production quality and maintain accuracy

• Oversee the growth of multiple crop types effectively

Requirements:

• Experience with seasonal plants and ornamental trees

• Physical capability to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Must have valid work authorization within Canada
