Location: Fort Langley
Lead and coordinate farm activities as a Crop Operations Supervisor. Ensure safety, quality control, and efficient workflows while overseeing a team of general farm workers.
This role involves supervising 3-4 farm workers and ensuring adherence to safety and bio-security procedures. You'll manage production records while supporting various crop-related operations and performing general farm duties. Experience in farm supervision is essential to drive productivity and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate the work of farm workers on site
• Ensure strict compliance with safety measures
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Oversee crop-related operations and growth
• Perform general farm duties as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience as a farm supervisor
• Certificate or diploma from a recognized program
• Proficient in English for communication
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Able to keep accurate work records and logs
