Traffic Control Person BC

Become a Traffic Control Person with Davey Tree Expert Co. in Langley, BC, managing safe traffic flow around work sites. This full-time role includes outdoor work in various conditions while following safety protocols.

As a key part of the team, you'll report directly to the Crew Foreman.

Your role includes the important tasks of directing traffic using various tools and effectively communicating with Site Supervisors. A valid TCP ticket and a driver's license are essential for this position to enable travel between multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic safely using signs and radios

• Follow the traffic control plan as set by supervisors

• Communicate with team members for efficient flow

• Interact with pedestrians and motorists as required

• Work in diverse conditions across multiple locations

Requirements:

• Valid TCP ticket and driver’s license

• Previous experience as a Flagger

• Safety-conscious mindset with teamwork spirit

• Willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments

• Must be 18 years or older
