Key Responsibilities:

• Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning

• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions

• Maintain an organized and stocked service vehicle

• Participate in the on-call schedule as needed

• Assist with warehousing tasks and support team members

Requirements:

• Strong dedication to customer service

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime

• Desire for continuous learning and improvement
