Up North Installations Ltd. is seeking a F/T Carpenter
- Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent - Wage: $33.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours:
30-40 hours/week - Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location:
20454 77B Avenue, Langley, BC V2Y 4K3 - 10 days paid vacation per year
- Extended Health Benefit after 3 months
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material requirements
- Prepare layouts using measuring tools in accordance with building codes
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood and wood substitutes
- Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, mouldings, and kitchen cabinets
- Provide maintenance, repairs, and renovations to residential wooden structures
- Experience:
2~3 years of experience in carpentry are required - Education:
Completion of secondary school is required
