Up North Installations Ltd. is seeking a F/T Carpenter

• Terms of employment:
  Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours:
  
  30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1

• 10 days paid vacation per year
• Extended Health Benefit after 3 months

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material requirements
• Prepare layouts using measuring tools in accordance with building codes
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood and wood substitutes
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, mouldings, and kitchen cabinets
• Provide maintenance, repairs, and renovations to residential wooden structures

• Experience:
  
  2~3 years of experience in carpentry are required
• Education:
  
  Completion of secondary school is required
