The Window Installer is responsible for installing Cascadia's high-performance windows and doors throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.
Qualifications- Construction experience and knowledge of installation practices for windows & doors.
- 1-3 years of window and door installation experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience caulking, sheathing & detailing building envelopes.
- Able to read blueprints and work order specifications.
- Comfortable working with heights and scaffolding.
- Honest, reliable, professional, and a problem solver.
- Positive attitude and the ability to take direction.
- Self-motivated and proud of workmanship.
- Open to a background check.
- Determine layout and installation procedures.
- Measure and mark guidelines for installation.
- Installation of high-performance windows and doors.
- Meticulous foaming and caulking.
- Envelope detailing, in keeping with modern best practices.
- General labour, as required.

- Salary: $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
- 100% company-paid extended benefits package after 3 months.
- RRSP program after 2 years.
