Utility Locator Technician in British Columbia

This role, based in Langley or surrounding regions, is perfect for candidates with 1-3 years of utility locating experience. You will play a crucial part in safeguarding utility lines during excavation projects and contributing to a safer working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employ EM and GPR equipment for utility detection
• Document utility locations and depths for project safety
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper calibration
• Collaborate with contractors and project managers
• Produce clear and detailed reports for various stakeholders
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient with locating technologies and utility systems
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
