Surrey Cedar Ltd. is seeking two experienced Maintenance Carpenters for permanent positions requiring 2-3 years of hands-on expertise. You will work on-site to maintain, repair, and renovate various structures, ensuring compliance with building codes. The role involves a mix of physical tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials, alongside installing windows, doors, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and sketches to determine work requirements

• Prepare layouts according to building codes

• Measure, cut, and join materials for construction

• Build and erect walls, roofs, and floor systems

• Maintain and renovate wooden structures across various establishments

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to handle heavy loads

• Authorization to work in Canada
