• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification or equivalent. e.g. CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL
• Experience teaching English as a second language to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with effective ESL teaching methodologies and resources.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with Uzbekistan's educational system and cultural context is an advantage.
• Fluency in Uzbek or Russian is beneficial, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
• TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching ESL to diverse student populations is an advantage.
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of students from different backgrounds.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Proficiency in Uzbek or Russian is not required but is considered an asset.

Requirements to apply:

**Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching the relevant subject and grade level

**Excellent command of both written and spoken English
