Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our Operations team in Lanham, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing transactional or dormant regional storage accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and collaborating with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to deliver high-quality, client-oriented solutions.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:
- Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for regional facilities and BDEs; field inquiries from dormant or transactional accounts, resolve disputes, and support recontracting efforts to ensure peak client satisfaction. - Operational Support & Administration:
Manage front desk operations, including visitor security protocols and badges. Maintain and update the AIMS database and ensure all project estimates and invoices are accurate and delivered in chronological order. - Solution Design &
Collaboration:
Utilize a consultative approach to define technical requirements and build project proposals. Communicate regularly with internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external partners to ensure project scopes meet client needs while maintaining profitability. - Financial Oversight:
Actively monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) statuses, work to resolve billing issues, and mitigate bad debt through diligent collection efforts and protective measures. - Strategic Execution:
Provide clear directives to operating departments and agents, ensuring that all collection care and storage services align with segment strategies and client specifications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3 years of experience in Administrative, Sales, Account, or Project Management roles with a proven track record of high performance.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, client lifecycle management, or inventory management. Familiarity with in-field art handling, rigging, or collections care is highly desirable.
- Proven ability in consultative selling, problem-solving, and managing complex workloads while effectively prioritizing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across various organizational functions.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to align daily tasks with broader business goals.

- Compensation set at $75,300.00/an and is Bonus Eligible
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
