Construction Traveling Superintendent

This is a full‑time, on‑site Construction Superintendent role located in Lanham, MD. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and within budget. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with project specifications.

The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring all projects are executed safely, efficiently and within budget. You will manage construction schedules, supervise subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, maintain compliance with project specifications and provide regular communication with project stakeholders. Coordination of resources and the ability to solve on‑site challenges effectively are essential to success.

• Expertise in construction site management and safety practices
• Strong project management and budgeting experience
• Proficiency in organization, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to supervise and coordinate teams
• Proven ability to review and interpret blueprints, specifications and project documents
• Working knowledge of construction permitting, scheduling and inspections
• Experience with LEED projects and sustainability practices is a plus
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related fields preferred
