House Cleaner

Full‑time house cleaning position with a stable schedule, in‑house training, and the opportunity to earn up to $500 per week.

Compensation:
Guaranteed minimum wage of $14.00 per hour with potential to earn tips and up to $500 per week, paid weekly.

The pay range for this role is $14.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
Earn paid time off up to 5 days per year. A valid driver’s license and use of a company car can increase earnings.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow the process and delight every customer. Tips are possible.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Build positive relationships with clients.
• Team lead duties (if applicable):
  • Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is stocked with supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
