Corporate Controller - Finance Transformation & Systems
Our client is seeking a strategic, technology driven Corporate Controller to join their finance leadership team. The Corporate Controller role partners closely with the CFO to enhance financial operations, optimize systems, strengthen controls and drive process improvements across a growing organization.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative change agent who enjoys leveraging technology, improving processes and building scalable financial operations.
Salary - $150k - $180k

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, audits and internal controls
- Experience with ERP implementations, enhancements or system optimization
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
- Comfortable leading change and influencing across departments
- Process oriented and technology savvy
- Excited to improve systems, workflows and financial operations
