We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals, working collaboratively to support students' communication and language development within educational settings. We are a therapist and woman‑owned and operated company.

Position Overview

As a School‑Based Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication challenges, improve their speech and language skills, and achieve their educational goals. Your expertise will be essential in promoting students' overall success and well‑being in the school environment.

  • Part‑time: up to 20 hours per week at a private school (K‑High School)
  • Students have a variety of diagnoses, including ASD, , ED, and multiple disabilities.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Michigan licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (if applicable).
  • Educator Certificate (if applicable).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric or school‑based speech‑language pathology is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, educators, and support staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Dedication to providing culturally competent and student‑centered care.
