Overview

iMind Health LLC (D/B/A iMind Behavioral Health) is hiring a Licensed Therapist/Clinician to join our Child and Adolescent Services
, also known as Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS). This role serves youth ages 5–17 and includes two primary responsibilities:

  • School- and community-based mobile crisis response for children/adolescents and their families/caregivers
  • Short-term stabilization services (up to 120 days) through outpatient-style therapy and care coordination

Services are delivered in schools and community settings, in the office, and via telehealth. Mobile crisis response is delivered in-person; stabilization services may be delivered in-person and/or via telehealth based on clinical need.

Maryland licenses accepted (active and in good standing): LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C

Shift options (8 hours): 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Full-time schedule:
Five (5) 8-hour shifts per week; schedules are set in advance.

Travel:
Company vehicle provided while on shift for travel to schools and other community sites within Prince George’s County.

Coverage:
No weekends and no on-call for this position. Optional weekend and/or on-call shifts may be available in other programs within the organization for interested clinicians.

Support, Safety, and Supervision
  • Team-based mobile response (including a two-person mobile response model when deployed)
  • Training and safety protocols provided for mobile response and school/community-based work
  • Free clinical supervision provided for LGPC and LMSW toward independent licensure, plus clinical consultation and team support

Key Responsibilities Mobile Crisis Response (School/Community-Based)
  • Provide immediate on‑site assessment, de‑escalation, safety planning, and clinical intervention for youth and families in crisis.
  • Work as part of a two‑person mobile team addressing mental/behavioral health and substance use–related crises.
  • Communicate client needs and clinical recommendations to multidisciplinary staff and collaborate for coordinated responses.
Stabilization Services (Up to 120 Days)
  • Maintain an active short-term stabilization caseload based on program needs and client acuity.
  • Provide weekly or bi‑weekly sessions based on clinical need and treatment goals.
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments promptly (typically within 72 hours of referral, based on clinical priority and scheduling).
