• - Implement treatment plans and help patients perform therapeutic activities.
• - Provide direct support in developing social and daily living skills.
• - Collect and assess patient information.
• - Instruct patients and families in treatment techniques.
• - Monitor performance and provide encouragement.
• - Document patient progress.
  
  - Maintain treatment records.
• - Perform clerical tasks.

• - Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification from NBCOT required.
• - COTA-L (Licensed) in states requiring licensure.
• - BLS/CPR certification.
• - High school diploma or equivalent.

• - Associate degree from ACOTE-accredited OTA program required.
• - Level I and Level II Fieldwork components (minimum 24 weeks total).
• - No prior experience required for entry-level.
