, we’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who’s ready to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, support employee relations, and strengthen our workforce by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for both field and office operations.
What You’ll Do:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be a strategic partner to operations and leadership, driving recruitment initiatives, supporting employee relations processes, and ensuring a positive and compliant employee experience from hire to development.
Your role will include:- Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried and hourly field staff
- Develops and implements recruiting strategies to ensure widest possible dissemination of employment opportunities in order to maximize the pool of highly qualified candidates
- Post job openings, manage applications, and maintain candidate pipelines
- Act as the public-facing representative of the organization throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial application through onboarding
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, career fairs, social media, professional networks, and strategic outreach initiatives
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support hiring decisions
- Manage offer letters, background checks, and I-9/E-Verify processes
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and organized recruitment records
- Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Support employee relations matters, including performance and disciplinary processes
- Provide an excellent candidate and employee experience throughout the lifecycle
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events to promote the company to attract talent
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and training institutes to develop strong talent pipelines
- Support corporate communications initiatives related to employees and organizational updates
- Respond to employment verifications and related employee documentation requests
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of HR

Education &Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or social sciences (required)
PHR/CP certification (preferred)
Experience &Skills:
Minimum 3 years in a Human Resources Generalist or Recruiting-focused HR role
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment processes, and labor regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams
Highly organized with strong follow-up and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
Software & Systems:Experience with Foundation and Heavy Job
