Sr. Business Analyst

As a Sr. Business Analyst, this role serves as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and effective. This position is hybrid with 25% travel to New Carrollton in Lanham, MD and 75% being fully remote.

• Leads comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Manages stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performs in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, identify root causes, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Utilizes SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Designs and develops reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Translates complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling business intelligence reports and presentations.
• Collaborates with technical teams to design and implement robust data solutions that meet business needs.
• Delivers impactful business intelligence to leadership, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Mentors junior analysts, sharing best practices in data analysis and reporting.
