Alpert Schreyer, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with 5+ years of litigation-focused personal injury experience to support our trial practice. This position is designed for a paralegal who is comfortable working independently
, managing a substantial caseload, and supporting matters in the Maryland District and Circuit Courts.

This is not a pre-litigation role
. We are looking for a paralegal with hands-on litigation experience who can manage files confidently from suit through resolution and trial preparation.

• Independently manage a large caseload of personal injury litigation files
• Support cases pending in the Maryland District and Circuit Courts
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and correspondence
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, expert discovery, and trial preparation
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and litigation timelines
• Track and manage court deadlines, scheduling orders, and compliance requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, medical providers, and court personnel
• Maintain accurate and organized case management systems and litigation files

• 5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience
  , with a strong focus on litigation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a high-volume litigation caseload
• Experience with Maryland District and Circuit Court procedures
• Strong drafting, organizational, and case-management ski8lls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment Compensation

  $70,000 - $80,000
