This is a hands-on, physical position that involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, maintaining the grounds, picking up trash, and helping clean out apartments after residents move out.

Full-Time | $19.00–$20.00 per Hour | Lanham, MD

• Walkthe property regularly to pick up trash, debris, and litter and keep outdoor areas clean.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of property grounds, common areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Work outdoors throughout the year in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.
• Assist with cleaning out apartments after residents move out, including removing trash, furniture, and discarded belongings.
• Help prepare vacant apartments and surrounding areas for incoming residents.
• Assistthe maintenance and property management teams with general grounds and property upkeep as needed.

• Dependable, hardworking, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the day.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable picking up trash, removing debris, and cleaning out vacant apartments.
• Abilityto lift, carry, bend, walk, stand, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the property clean and presentable.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
