The Senior Designer creates meaningful connections between brands and audiences through powerful, purpose-driven creative. - Conceptualize, design, and execute integrated print and digital creative solutions, including direct mail, newsletters, print advertising, email, landing pages, digital advertising, social media assets, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and apply compelling visual concepts that support client objectives, campaign strategies, and fundraising goals.
- Translate input from clients, strategists, account teams, and creative leadership into effective creative executions.
- Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, writers, strategists, developers, production artists, coders, and account teams to deliver high-quality creative on time and within budget.
- Present, explain, and support creative recommendations to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Create and refine creative concepts while incorporating feedback andmaintainingdesign integrity.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards, user experience principles, technical specifications, and campaign objectives.
- Design and produce assets across multiple platforms and channels whilemaintainingconsistency and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
- Maintain organized working files, assets, and documentation according to department standards.
- Stay informed of emerging design trends, technology, digital platform best practices, and industry developments.
- Contribute ideas that improve creative processes, workflows, and team effectiveness.
- Participate in RFPs, new business initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Digital Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in‑house creative department, or similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating integrated print and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with direct response, fundraising, nonprofit, or marketing communications preferred.
- Strong understanding of print production and digital design specifications.
- Experience presenting creative work and collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders preferred.
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, HTML5, or interactive design is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is a plus.
- An online portfoliodemonstratingconceptual thinking, creative execution, and technicalproficiencyrequired.
