RN Case Manager Start Date : 7/6/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00
POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting- must be able to multi task and work efficiently. Must be open to floating to sister hospitals remotely from the facility as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS license; tech savvy; ability to work out of two EMR'sPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser ExperienceLENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeksSHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday- 8:00-5:00; EOW ; holidays - no holiday PTOSYSTEMS EpicSTART DATE 7/6/26
