Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
• Engage customers and create a memorable experience to drive sales.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
• Report sales performance and competitive insights.
• Accurately document and report sales and activity to Retail Operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation.
• Assist customers by escorting them to displays, assessing needs, and suggesting suitable products.
• Advise customers with product and service information to build confidence.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1‑year job experience.
• At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Tech‑savvy, problem‑solving, outgoing personality, and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Experience selling products while overcoming objections and connecting with customer needs.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless (plus).
• Training or product demonstration experience (plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Capacity to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
