* EMCOR Services Combustioneer. is seeking an experienced
** pipefitter in Lanham, MD** . Exp w/layout, fabrication, installation, maintenance & repair of piping systems, structural steel, vessels, pumps & equip. in industry environment.

This position is covered by the CBA - Local 602.

Duties & Responsibilities *
* + Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms

+ Assist pipe fitter with installation of the piping system to include boilers, chillers, air-handler units, cooling towers etc.

+ Use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.

** Qualifications*
* + At least three years Pipefitter in Industrial Construction setting

+ Must have valid Driver's License

+ Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings

+ Must be able to utilize electronic devices for daily communication

** Physical Demands*
* + Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through Docu Sign

+ May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

+ Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above

+ Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas

+ Must have full range of motion consistent with age

+ Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders

+ Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises

+ Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces

+ Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
