Loader, Part-Time

Baldor Specialty Foods is seeking a Warehouse Loader to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately loading trucks with food products, ensuring orders are staged correctly, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Load outbound trucks accurately and efficiently based on pick sheets and staging areas

* Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are loaded for delivery routes

* Safely operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and pallet jacks

* Stage and organize pallets in designated loading areas

* Perform visual checks to ensure product quality and proper handling

* Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards

* Follow company SOPs, HACCP, GMP, and safety guidelines at all times

* Work closely with warehouse selectors, receivers, and transportation team to ensure smooth operations

* Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications:

* Previous warehouse experience preferred (food distribution a plus)

* Experience using electric pallet jacks (EPJ) highly preferred

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

* Flexible availability, including weekends and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly

* Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

* Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching

* Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

* Part-Time Position

* Overnight Shift

* Cold storage environment (approximately 36-38°F)
