Perform general accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting review, and financial reporting for Mancino Manufacturing. Monitor financial information and processes for accuracy, recommend and implement approved improvements, and leverage available systems to strengthen efficiency and decision-making. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and may support employee-related financial activities.

• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping activities, including maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices and payments, applying customer payments, completing journal entries and account reconciliations, reviewing general ledger activity, following up on outstanding balances, and supporting period-end close.

• Review and maintain cost accounting information and processes related to materials, labor, overhead, freight, inventory, product and project costs, production variances, and margins. Consistently monitor the accuracy and effectiveness of cost information, investigate discrepancies, recommend changes, and implement approved improvements to spreadsheets, systems, and processes.

• Prepare recurring financial reports, cost analyses, account schedules, variance explanations, and other financial information. Interpret results and provide clear, accurate reporting that helps management evaluate profitability, operational performance, pricing, budgets, and other business decisions.
