Administrative Specialist (Part-Time, Onsite – Lansdale, PA)
Position:
Part‑time Administrative Specialist located in Lansdale, PA. 100% onsite.
Work schedule:
3 days per week, 8 hours per day (minimum 24 hours per week).
- Provide general administrative support including answering incoming calls, managing mail and shipments, and maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
- Coordinate meetings, catering, and facility‑related needs with building management.
- Order office supplies and equipment; manage inventory levels.
- Maintain timesheet records for designated employees.
- Create and distribute training materials, certificates, and internal communications.
- Edit and format documents as needed; order business cards.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals) for employees.
- Manage company vehicle schedules, maintenance, and usage tracking.
- Prepare and distribute reports and assist with equipment testing.
- Facilitate badge administration and quarterly updates.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience required.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is a plus, or willingness to learn.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional communication skills, including handling sensitive or challenging situations.
- Availability to work onsite in Lansdale, PA for a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Pay range: $22 - $24 USD per hour.
