As our receptionist, you will help create the welcoming environment we strive for as you provide administrative assistance to our staff and act as the point of contact for our visitors, residents, families and employees. Come be the face of Living Branches and help us in building a positive community environment!

Receptionist Overview:

• Directs calls to the appropriate personnel and greets visitors, employees and residents in a professional, courteous manner
• May perform routine clerical duties requested by other departments, such as typing, faxing, photocopying, labeling, mail processing, etc. Processes, sorts and distributes incoming mail
• Maintains awareness of residents leaving and returning to the facility
• Communicates and works cooperatively with facility department supervisors, administration, employees and residents as well as facility vendors, suppliers, contractors and other service agencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of computers including basic word processing, spreadsheet software and typing.
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively interact with others
